today, mr.strep kept me asleep until mid-afternoon.
around 4, robbie said, "hey, put on a dress, we're taking you outside."
it sounds dramatic (and embarrassingly cliche), but after not leaving the apartment for 5 days except to drive to the doc, it felt like i was seeing the sun for the first time. we drove to starbucks & i sat in the sun for all of 5 minutes before begging him to take me back. and a sip of that coffee made me want to puke.
all in all, probably overambitious. but robbie was so sweet to remind me what it feels like be a part of the real world...and to wear non-pajama clothing.

i used to LOVE getting strep when i was little because of the pink amoxocillin. i haven't had it since childhood, though (knock on wood).
I'm glad you were able to get out...but seriously, get better...like now!
