  1. Oh, I love buying books at the Goodwill!! Although, you might shake your head in dissapointment, because my latest endeavor has been using them in crafty projects, rather than reading them.

  4. I work in a used bookstore, so I know the thrill of finding amazing, cheap books in good condition! "I Was Told There'd Be Cake" and "Slaughterhouse Five" are both hilarious reads!

  17. I want to be in a book club! Have you read I was Told There'd Be Cake? I have not (yet) but you should let me know if it's good! I am a huge reader myself, but I am really sad to say lately I have been scrolling (or more likely trolling) through instagram before bed instead of reading! Eek!

  21. @ali: aw! haha. i've been collecting all my favorite children's books for my future kids for a long time now. since high school. weird, or awesome? : ) i was so happy to find that one! usually at thrift stores the children's books have crayon drawings all over the pages, and this one was pristine!
