snow light, snow bright

a few shots at one a.m. from two nights ago. that orange-purple hazy light that comes with snow is only exaggerated when it meets late-night city lights. it was so bright, it felt like day in this place. i had to wear an eye mask & burrow in pillows to get to sleep. i'm happy i could surreptitiously snap a photo of robbie standing in awe of the scene. and this is reason #43802 why i love living in the city.

  5. your place looks too cute, & these are fabulous photos. They make me want to turn all the lights out & wrap up in a blanket & just watch outside the window

  10. I think that orange hazy light and the silence is possible the best part when it snows. I love your window! Do you live in a ware house conversion apartment by any chance? :)
